Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is A$10 per order within Australia. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 10 am Sydney time on business days are dispatched the same day. Sydney time follows daylight saving when it applies. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch is when your order leaves for delivery. It does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier.

Help with your delivery

For a delivery enquiry, email hello@janeirocoffee.com.au with your order number. If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
