Shopping with Janeiro Coffee

Products, prices and orders

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The checkout displays your selected products, options, shipping and any applicable taxes before payment. Please check the size, grind, quantity, delivery address and purchase option before ordering. Product availability can change. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item unless you agree to an alternative.

Tasting notes describe the coffee's sensory character, not added ingredients. Preparation, water and equipment affect the result in your cup. Packaging photographs are illustrative; the selected size and grind in your order determine what is supplied. For chai and drinking chocolate, review the ingredient and allergen information and contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delivery and returns

Our shipping policy explains dispatch and delivery. Our returns and refund policy explains our coffee taste guarantee and how to report a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a recurring purchase, rather than a one-time order. Your selected frequency and recurring-payment terms are shown before checkout. See our purchase options cancellation policy for cancellation and changes.

Using this website

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or misuse other people's information. Our branding and original website content must not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
