The Profile
Caramel, brown sugar and toffee, with a red-apple finish. Sweet and clean, this Colombian decaf brings a generous flavour profile to a quieter coffee moment.
A medium roast complements the coffee’s sweetness. Sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate is used in the decaffeination process: the green beans are steamed, treated to extract caffeine, then dried before roasting.
