The Profile
Crisp green apple, milk chocolate and hazelnut make a beautifully balanced cup. Floral, fruity and caramel nuances bring a little more to each sip.
Popayán Reserve comes from Cauca, Colombia. Sheltered by the Andes, the Popayán plateau sits around 1,700 metres above sea level. This washed coffee is roasted to a medium profile, allowing its gentle sweetness and bright character to unfold.
